ELKOGROWN

ElkoGrown is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit formed in 2019 to help educate the population and visitors within Elko, and the surrounding Nevada counties on the benefits of using freshly grown and/or prepared food.

Our mission is to educate the community and visitors within Elko and surrounding Nevada counties on the benefits about using freshly grown and prepared food and other products.

ElkoGrown create venues and opportunities to learn about how to compare, find, prepare grow, identify and handle comparing, acquiring, preparing, growing methods, taxonomy of, identification of, proper handing of, uses of, benefits of, dietary information of local and other sources of freshly grown and/or prepared food.

We are governed by a board of directors that works together for marketing, organizing events, and promoting ElkoGrown producers.
